Q3:How can one quickly memorize and read the time on EUTOUR watches?

A3:When you raise your hand to look at the dial, you can directly look at the time it is on the outer sphere, which is what time it is, and then look at how many minutes the inner sphere is. Outer ring = hours, inner ring = minutes.

Q4:Can the balls fall out?

A4:No, the balls are anchored in a orbit and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out but only move within their orbit.

Q5:Are the EUTOUR watches waterproof?

A5:Yes. All EUTOUR watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM, making them splash-resistant. In other words, a little splash of water won't harm the watches. However, you should definitely take the watch off when swimming.

Q6:Do EUTOUR watches have glass covers?

A6:Most products do not have.If some dust gets into the trajectories, it's not a disaster, and the functionality is not affected. You can easily blow or wipe away dirt particles with the provided cleaning cloth.

Q7:Are the straps interchangeable?

A7: Yes.All EUTOUR straps can be interchanged on any magnetic watch. You can update your watch at any time by purchasing straps separately in our shop.

Q8:How do I change the battery on the watches timepiece?

A8:We use model SR920SW silver oxide button cell battery with a lab life of 45 months. *To avoid scratches on the back cover, please let a professional replace the battery.

Q9:How do I clean the EUTOUR timepiece?

A9:Cleaning the Case: Use a clean, dry cloth to remove any debris from the watch surface or in the recessed tracks. We also recommend using just a touch of rubbing alcohol to keep it looking good as new.

Good concept

I really like the concept of the watch. Good quality and I enjoy it very much.
To improve: The markings on the bezel could be a little bit more precise.
To consider: my brain aches for the reading the time. Usually longer hand (outer indicator on this watch) on the watch will indicate minutes and shorter hand (inner indicator) the hours. It takes a weeks, at least for my brain, to adjust for this watch.
To consider for future developments: it would be very nice if you could make it glow in the dark. Not the whole watch but for instance the tracks under the indicator ball bearings and hour-minute markings.

Regarding the way to read the time, please refer to the introduction on our website: simply remember that the outer indicator represents the hours, while the inner one shows the minutes. This design ensures both accurate timekeeping and stable magnetic function. As you mentioned, it may take about a week to adjust to this method.
